【Application】
1. It is widely used to cleanse cotton, viscose, silk, polyamide, acrylic, PP, PVC and their blended matter, and can also be used to cleanse wool textile, process acrylic fiber before dyeing, and make cationic dyes dye uniformly.
2. It can remove floating color of textiles printed by acdic or disperse dyes, and avoild contaminating white area at low temperature. Common dosage: 0.1-0.5g/L.
3. It can be used to cleanse oil stain on finished products especially on silk.
4. It can be used as dispersant in dye bath. Dosage: 0.1-0.5g/L.
5. It can be used to process acrylic fiber before dyeing and cleanse oil stain.Processing temperature: 50°C; dosage: 0.8-1g/L.
6. It can be ued in high-temperature high-pressure dyeing of acrylic/wool blended textiles. Common dosage: about 0.5%(wt. of textile).
7. The cleaning force is strongest at 40°C. When used as emulsifier, its dosage is: 10% (wt. of enulsifying oil).
