【Characters】
1. With high dispersity, emulsifying character, wettability and penetrability, low foaming property and strong decontamination power.
2. In neutral and weak acidic bath, it can remove heavy oil stain, desize, bleach, prevent agglomearate of dyes, and make the dying uniform and bright. It is the ideal auxiliary agent of refining & dyeing one bath of polyester and its blended textiles.
3. It is good at removing oil in alkali resistant silk and wool textiles, and will not damage fibers.
【Application】
1. Refining & dyeing one bath of polyester and its blended textiles: common formula: this product 1-3g/l; High temperature levelling agent BOF 0.7-1.0g/l; glacial acetic acid 0.4-0.6ml/l; dye xg; bath ratio 1: 10-12; hold the temperature 20-30min after heated to 130°C.
2. Removing heavy oil stain in silk and wool textiles: common process: this product 0.5-2g/l; Bath ratio 1: 10-30; PH value about 8; temperature 95-98°C; time 20-40min. Please adjust the specific process after test.
【Packing, transportation & storage】
It is packed in 50kg plastic drum; it should be preserved by sealing it airtightly. Storage period is 6 months at normal temperature. |
