【Characters】
1. With high dispersity, emulsifying character, wettability and penetrability, low foaming property and storng decontamination power.
2. Can move heavy oil stain in neutral and weak acidic bath, and can also desize, bleach, prevent dyes from agglomerate and make the dyeing uniform and bright.
3. It is good at removing oil in alkali resistant silk and wool textiles, and will not damage fibers.
【Application】
1. Silk and wool textile deoiling process: this product 0.5-2g/l; bath ratio 1: 10-30; PH about value8; temperature 95-98°C; time 20-40min. Please adjust the specific process after test.
2. Can be used to deoil textiles of all fibers, with excellent low-temperature deoiling effect. It is especially applicable to deoil spandex textiles, in no need of adding alkali.
【Packing, transportation & storage】
It is packed in 50kg plastic drum; it should be preserved by sealing it airtightly. Storage period is 6 months at normal temperature. |
