In July of 2005, Peter DeSheplo and Jason Tropea, the founders of G.W. Car Service, agreed to one common goal for this taxi service. That goal is to provide the best taxi and car service to the general public that any town in north New Jersey can demand, by instilling the “small business” type personalized customer care and service, with the capabilities to meet the demands of the “big business” type service to all our customers. By supplying the best equipment and personnel to the public we strive to stand apart from our competitors car service providers in our towns of operation.
Being on time, any time, any day of the year, we hope that our customers can rely on us for all of their transportation needs. Our drivers are clean cut, courteous people that will be ambassadors of our business goals, with the intentions of supplying a great service to our customers. Our vehicles will always be well kept, late model sedans and minivans, which will be constantly inspected for cleanliness. State of the art technology installed in our cars and office has provided us with the tools to efficiently dispatch the fastest vehicle to any location. Our in office, software trained customer service representatives’ answering the phones, has and will continue to cater to all our customer needs with making reservations and pickups.
